What this site collects, why, and what you can do about it. Last updated November 2026.
What we collect when you sign up
- Your account. Your email address, and either a password, which is stored scrambled so nobody can read it, or your Google sign-in.
- From Google, if you sign in with it. Your name, email address and profile picture. We use them to create your account and fill in your profile, and you can change the name and picture afterwards. We ask Google for nothing else.
- Your page. Your username, name, bio, picture and X link, and the projects you add: their names, descriptions, icons, links, dates, tags, status and progress.
What is public
Your page is public, because that is what it is for. Anyone with the link can see it, and pages with at least one public project are listed in the site's sitemap, so search engines can find them. Stealth mode hides the details you choose from visitors. Your email address is never shown.
What we count when someone visits
We count visits with our own small tracker. It records the page, the site a visitor came from, their browser, device type and country, how long they stayed, and clicks on links to other sites. It sets no cookies and stores no IP addresses. To tell visitors apart for one day it uses a one-way code made from the IP address, the browser and a random value that is thrown away each day, so nobody can be followed from one day to the next.
Cookies and browser storage
We use no advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser keeps only what the site needs to work, such as the record that keeps you signed in.
How we use your information
To run the site: to show your page, sign you in and send account emails, such as confirming your address or resetting your password. We don't sell your information, show ads or use it for anything else. Our use of information from Google follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Who handles it
- Our own server. Your account and page are stored there.
- Cloudflare. It carries the site's traffic and protects it.
- Google. Only if you sign in with Google.
- Our email provider. It sends account emails, so it handles your address for that.
How long we keep it
Your account and page stay until you ask us to delete them. Deleted information can remain in our backups for up to two weeks. Visit counts identify nobody, and we keep them.
Your choices
You can change or remove anything on your page at any time from your dashboard. To delete your account, or to ask what we hold about you, message us and we'll do it.
